Long Time No Blog/ Below the Heavens
Been off the blogging circuit for a couple days.
Went to the Blu & Exile/Wale/U-N-I concert last night
Very good show, overcrowded though.
Didn't stay to see Wale, don't really know that much about him.
Had an interesting time talking with some artists and DJ's outside. Gomez Warren the IV is a well spoken cat we met who has a very diverse opinion that was extremely appealing
Blu is one tall dude!!

Monday, damn
On second thought, it was a good day.
Pio Pico is still going great.
I feel a little under the weather, sinuses are irritating me, but I'm still cool
Right now I'm going through a bodily cleanse which puts me in the bathroom every other 5 minutes. That part sucks, but it's helping me get rid of everything that isn't good for me.
24 season premiere Part 2 comes on tonight, looking forward to that
Recently started listening to this guy named Nomak: Very Legit

Saturday Nights w/ the Fam
Last night was a very chill night.
Contemplating where we should eat, the fam and I head out looking for a restaurant we hadn't been to yet.
Driving around, we stop at Hof's Hut first( what I like to call the OLD PEOPLE's restaurant), but I convince the family that we should go somewhere that is a little more lively and exuberant.
We then head of to FRIDAY'S (a better choice)
After we had our dinner, we ordered dessert but I was indecisive about what to get. Then the waitress started giving me "THE EYE", put her hand on my back and started flirting with me, no lie! I mean she was looking at me like she wanted to do something naughty. Of course, I didn't mind, she was cute. It must have been my fresh new haircut, classy hat I wear, and manners that got her.
After we left, we headed back home and cracked jokes all the way back. Good night with amazing people.

The End of a Great First Week
Well, Senior Project is going great.
The kids and I have bonded really well.
I'm really tired from all the playing, but I'm looking forward to the coming weeks.

Eyes Shut, Mouth Agape
Snoring the night away
While the messengers of real and unreal travel the mind looking for words to grind
We speak of change only when it appears to be in our vocal range
LAME it seems
That those with dreams are shot down
Malcolm, Martin, JFK sleeping the night away
Will they live on to fight another day, who knows?
Intolerance ain't got shit on me, but is freedom really free
Obama and McCain- The Sauna filled with Crack Cocaine
Asses & Elephants never seemed to be the right type of delegates
Cuz it only takes one ass to leave people stranded in the shit
News media, look at what the news is feedin to ya
Genocide war genocide bailout, wait who the hell let the whale out?
Wanted to build a castle with the billions of debt piling, but the World forget to bring the pale out
So as the tides turn leaving the Age of Kush entering the sauna of Obama, who knows the solution to the World's Confusion?

Some say life bringer or redeemer
Working not only to lift up myself but also others
To go beyond just my brothers and sisters
Who feel its alright to live in an age of mediocrity
I am doing more than just surviving and feeling stable
I am significant with creative thinking that is far from vacant
Trouble Is too many talk about keeping it real
When I am real, something you feel whose style already comes sealed
As time passes by and Moving Forward is my game
